1. Get Registered
If you are already registered:
The shuttle service is only for those who have registered for any AI Week event. If you are not already registered, visit the website and register online.
- After registration, you will receive a badge or QR Code that you need to show when boarding the bus.
2. Arrive at the Shuttle Stop
Shuttle pick-up points will be located at various locations such as:
- Al Wasl Club Parking
- Dubai World Trade Centre
- Za’abeel Parking
- Museum of the Future
Use the AI Week mobile app or event map to find the nearest Shuttle Stop to you. Arrive at the bus stop on time, the schedule of which is also given on their app and website.
3. Wait for the bus to arrive:
- Shuttle buses come every 10 to 15 minutes.

4. Show your registration
