EDGE, a leading global advanced technology and defence group, made its debut appearance at Partner 2025, held in Belgrade, Serbia, from 23 to 26 September. The participation underscored EDGE’s growing strategic engagement in the Balkans and Central & Eastern Europe, further reinforcing its commitment to strengthening regional stability and security.

Expanding Reach in Strategic Regions

By bringing its multi-domain defence capabilities to Partner 2025, EDGE demonstrated its intent to forge deeper partnerships across Europe. The exhibition, supported by the Serbian Ministry of Defence, gathered senior government officials, high-level delegations, NATO representatives, the European Defence Agency, and other organisations focused on international security. Attendees engaged with emerging developments in artillery and missile defence, armoured vehicles, radar systems, electronic warfare, unmanned aerial systems, simulators, and naval platforms.

EDGE’s participation in the event marked an important milestone in the company’s international outreach, helping bridge technological gaps, promote interoperable defence systems, and foster long-term cooperation across allied and partner nations.

Demonstrating Comprehensive Capabilities

At Partner 2025, EDGE presented a broad spectrum of cutting-edge solutions across several domains:

Air Systems & Unmanned Aerial Solutions

EDGE introduced its latest unmanned aerial platforms, including the SHADOW-25 and SHADOW-50 loitering UAVs. These systems were designed for precision reconnaissance, persistent surveillance, and strike missions. In addition, ANAVIA’s HT-100 VTOL system was on display, optimised for intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR); logistical support; search and rescue; and infrastructure inspection.

Precision-Guided Munitions & Guidance Kits

For patrol missions and border security operations, EDGE showcased the RASH-1M, RASH-2M, and RASH-2H munitions—engineered for precision and reliability. Complementing these were the THUNDER P-31, THUNDER P-32, and THUNDER P-34 guidance kits, which were designed to enhance warhead delivery accuracy, reducing collateral damage while maintaining operational effectiveness.

Electro-Optics & Surveillance Systems

EDGE’s electro-optical portfolio featured KASHIF 600 and KASHIF 700, lightweight tactical systems that could be integrated onto UAVs or robotics platforms. Also on show were MIRSAD-X and MIRSAD NG, sophisticated surveillance and targeting systems for wide-area monitoring and precise targeting support.

Radar Systems

In the radar domain, EDGE presented TAWAQ-S and TAWAQ-X three-dimensional surveillance radars. These systems were designed to deliver high fidelity situational awareness in complex environments, enabling detection, tracking, and classification of aerial, maritime, and ground threats.

Electronic Warfare & Non-Lethal Capabilities

EDGE’s electronic warfare suite, intended to enhance threat mitigation and battlefield flexibility, included:

  • BORDERSHIELD, a border surveillance system for persistent perimeter monitoring.
  • GPS-PROTECT 2, an anti-jamming platform designed to safeguard both civil and military navigation systems.
  • SKYSHIELD-N, a counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) solution integrating both jamming and spoofing technologies to defend against aerial threats.

On the non-lethal front, EDGE presented CONDOR DROP, a cartridge air-drop system that could deliver supplies or equipment in sensitive zones without deploying personnel, and COP-EYE, a body-worn camera system with facial recognition and optical character recognition functionality intended for enforcement and security applications.

Commitment to Cost-Effective, Cutting-Edge Solutions

EDGE remained focused on delivering defence systems that balanced advanced technological capability with operational affordability. The solutions showcased were designed to provide:

  • High performance under diverse environmental and operational conditions.
  • Modular design facilitates ease of integration and future upgrades.
  • Robust support and training structures enabling partner nations to maintain operational readiness over the life-cycle of systems.
  • Cost-effective platforms to enhance situational awareness, reduce threat exposure, and mitigate risks to personnel.

Enhancing Interoperability & Strategic Partnerships

Through its first presence at Partner 2025, EDGE established new relationships and reinforced existing ties with governments, armed forces, defence agencies, and integrators. The company believed that collaboration with international partners was essential for addressing contemporary security challenges—ranging from asymmetric warfare and unmanned threats, to cyber-electronic warfare and protection of critical infrastructure.

EDGE remained committed to supporting interoperability with allied and partner nation architectures, standards, and doctrines. All systems exhibited were compliant with international norms and designed to integrate with existing platforms and sensor networks.

Advancing Innovation with Responsibility

As EDGE pushed the frontier of defence innovation, the group remained firmly anchored in legal and ethical standards. All technologies were developed with full respect for international law, export control regulations, human rights, and best practices in warfighting norms.

EDGE invested substantially in research & development, ensuring that all systems—whether lethal, non-lethal, or surveillance-oriented—were subject to rigorous testing, certification, and where required, oversight. This approach ensured that advanced capabilities were delivered in a manner consistent with the expectations of users, external stakeholders, and the broader international community.

Looking Forward

EDGE’s presence at Partner 2025 reflected its broader strategy to respond to evolving regional security needs and to position the company as a trusted partner in Europe and beyond. By demonstrating its latest aerial platforms, radar and surveillance systems, electronic warfare tools, and non-lethal capabilities, EDGE reaffirmed its promise to support sovereign defence capacities, improve regional resilience, and promote peace and security.

As global threats became more complex, EDGE stood ready with technology, integrity, and partnership.
